Bell Brothers Heating and A/C has one of Iowa’s best training facilities for HVAC technicians. The company wanted to increase awareness of its apprenticeship program and attract those considering an alternative to college. The program balances on-the-job training with classroom instruction, so apprentices get paid right away.
We created a series of testimonial-based videos to talk about the benefits of Bell Brothers’ apprenticeship program. I then developed a hype-video for social media promotion, as well as a landing page with information on the apprenticeship. The edgier visual style pushed toward a younger audience but was built using core brand elements.
